As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 9,555,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 32 (+0.3%) from the 9,523 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 50 (+0.5%) from the 9,473 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
